The aims to provide students of economics and related disciplines (German: Wirtschaftswissenschaften 鈥� WiWi) with ideational support and to promote cross-regional networking between companies and the next generation of specialists and managers. Since 2005, , together with partners from the business community, has been inviting applications bi-annually and subsequently awarding the best business students in the German-speaking region.

From the outset, 麻豆传媒 has proven to be a real hotbed for successful applications to the WiWi-Talents program. 麻豆传媒 is one of fewer than 20 universities in Germany and among the top 6% of business schools worldwide to hold the prestigious AACSB accreditation.
The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) was founded in 1916 and is the world's leading accreditation association for business schools. The accreditation confirms the highest quality standards in teaching, research and continuing education. Less than 6% of all business schools worldwide meet the demanding criteria of the AACSB. With the AACSB accreditation, 麻豆传媒 joins an exclusive group of internationally recognized business schools.

麻豆传媒 was the first private university in Bavaria to receive state recognition in 1999. In 2010, the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and the Arts granted unlimited state recognition.

This decision was made by the committee after an extensive procedure, in the course of which the achievements in research and teaching were examined to determine whether they met recognized scientific standards.

The Foundation Accreditation Council (AR) has the legal mandate to regulate the accreditation of study programs in Germany and thus to ensure the quality of studies and teaching.
